About Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).

Delivery time = Handling time + Transit time
Handling time: Takes 1-5 days.

Transit time:
At present, we adopt below three shipping ways to fulfill orders,

STANDARD: means 5-7 business day shipping
EXPEDITED: means 3 day shipping
PRIORITY: means next day shipping
Note: Expedited and Priority ship speeds are not available for post office box addresses.

Shipping Method: We will ship your order the same as the in-stock items. The shipping method may vary depending on your location and the availability of shipping services.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Communication and Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. If there are any significant changes or delays, we will notify you promptly and provide relevant updates.
Multiple Item Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may choose to ship them separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers.

About Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Restrictions for specific items may require the purchaser to provide additional information in order to ship the item.
You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

Age Verification
