Vailnd was born in the kitchen, out of one small daily annoyance: scrubbing baked-on grease off an air fryer basket after every single meal.
Air fryers changed how families cook — faster, lighter, less oil. But the cleanup didn't get the memo. We set out to fix the last mile of air-frying with a liner good enough that you'd never go back to scrubbing.
What we make
Vailnd designs disposable air fryer liners for real kitchens. Every liner is cut from unbleached, food-grade paper made from natural wood pulp, then finished with a food-safe silicone coating so food releases cleanly and grease stays off your basket. No chlorine bleaching, no fluorescent whiteners, no dyes — in square, round, rectangle and mini sizes to fit whatever fryer you own.
How they're made & tested
We start with natural wood-pulp paper and a double-sided food-grade silicone coating for genuine non-stick performance. Each design is heat-tested to 428°F / 220°C and checked for the raised walls and airflow perforations that keep food crisp and grease contained. Sizes are matched to the most popular air fryer baskets on the market, then confirmed against real appliances before they ship.
