Disposable air fryer liners make cleanup effortless, but because an air fryer moves hot air fast, there are a couple of things worth knowing before you drop one in.
Never run an empty liner
The single most important rule: always add food on top of the liner before you start cooking. An unweighted paper liner can lift in the airflow and touch the heating element. The food's weight keeps it flat and safe.
Preheat before you add the liner
Preheat the air fryer first, then add the liner and food together. This keeps the liner from sitting empty in the basket while the element is hot.
Stay within the temperature rating
Vailnd liners are rated to 428°F / 220°C — comfortably above most air-fryer recipes. Keep your setting at or below that and you're well within spec.
Keep it below the fill line
Don't let the liner's edges reach the top heating element, and don't overfill. A liner sized for your basket (square, round, rectangle or mini) sits neatly below the rim.
